In 2013, Andy was called to plant Blue Ash Community Church, where his heart was drawn to serve the Blue Ash and surrounding communities. As Lead Pastor his favorite phrase in sharing his church plant story is “BUT GOD”… and if you have time and haven’t heard it, ask him to grab coffee and he’ll share it with you! We’ve been blessed to see God move and use Andy’s leadership over the past 10 years at BACC in big ways.
Andy loves teaching, and encouraging others to get into the Word and lean into the Spirit.
Andy and his beautiful wife Janna have 4 kids, Abi, Morgan, Paige and Dalton. He is his family’s loudest suporter at all games, activities, and in their lives. In his spare time, Andy enjoys golfing, playing pickle ball, traveling anywhere warm and is the BIGGEST Bengals fan! Here’s a fun fact…he’s bowled a 300 game twice!

Craig Rolf
Worship Pastor

Craig Rolf is a vibrant follower and is devoted to the mission of Jesus and His church. He has been the Worship Pastor at Blue Ash Community Church, since 2014, where he leads alongside his wife Hannah. They have two kids - Elizabeth (4) and Joshua (2). Craig grew up in Cincinnati and has been in ministry since he was in high school at St. X. Craig holds a high value for worshiping the Lord and leading people into God’s presence. He also pastors and leads the worship band to bring their all to God in musical worship and in their everyday lives.
Craig embodies the joy of the Lord and is one of the brightest people you will ever meet. It’s basically impossible to be in Craig’s presence and not laugh at least seven times. He has a heart of gold and is one of the most caring people ever.
In his free time, you can find Craig spending time with friends and family, intentionally parenting his kids, speaking in funny accents, and accidentally giving Nathaniel tips and spoilers for the daily Wordle.
Nathaniel King
Student Ministry Director

Nathaniel, also known as Handle, joined the staff at Blue Ash Community Church in August 2022. Before coming to BACC, Nathaniel worked at Vineyard Church Northwest with the 5th – 12th graders. Nathaniel met Jesus in youth group as a middle schooler, and since has had a passion and heart for the next generation. He is full of hope and energy as he leads our youth deeper in relationship and connection with Jesus.
Nathaniel was born in Seattle,but raised in Cincinnati. He is currently engaged to the woman of his dreams, Jesse Patton, and is excited for this new chapter in his life!
Nathaniel is the most sporty staff member, as you can often find him playing tennis, pickleball, and disc golf; or on the sidewalk after wiping out from longboarding or biking, that's happened more times than he'd like to admit. Nathaniel also enjoys playing games and hanging out with his friends and family, and will always order breakfast food if it's on the menu. He is eagerly looking forward to starting a family and continuing to pour into the teenagers of BACC as they set this world on fire for Christ.
Hannah Rolf

Hannah has called Blue Ash Community Church home, since 2015. Her and her husband, Craig, live in Sharonville with their two adorable children, Elizabeth and Joshua. In Hannah’s free time, you can find her outside exploring with her kids, enjoying time with family, cooking or gardening, and Hannah’s FAVORITE season is the Fall!
Hannah has a passion for partnering with the Holy Spirit to serve and make Jesus known to children, youth, and families, while fostering an environment that is fun, safe, and is engaging. Hannah also co-leads the Women’s Ministry and is a Small Group Leader here at BACC.
Michelle Pennington

As the Administrative Director, Michelle has been sharing her talents and heart for Blue Ash Community Church since 2018. She is an integral part of our team and blesses them with her incredible organizational and planning skillset. Michelle leads the systems, process, and all communications of BACC events, services, website, and social media. On Sundays, you’ll often find Michelle welcoming our families at Blue Ash Kids Check In, ensuring safety and a seamless transition back into the Blue Ash Kids area. Michelle has been attending BACC with her husband, Doug and 3 daughters, Madalyn, Ella and Averie.
As a Cincinnati native, she is a true connector of people and full of valuable resources and when she is not working on the many events happening at BACC, you can find her on a basketball court cheering on her girls, working on a project, or simply spending time with her family and friends!

Ally and her family have been a part of the Blue Ash Community Church family since 2018, and she’s been part of the BACC staff since 2019. When Ally’s not running from hockey or volleyball or family trips home to Bowling Green, Ohio with her husband Jake, and 3 awesome kids: Reagan, Miles, and Emerson (Emmy); she is showing homes all
over Cincinnati as a realtor.
Ally has a great eye for design, and brings that to the visual media you see all around BACC. Chances are you’ve held a memory verse card, enjoyed a beautifully crafted worship slide, or engaged a series theme that Ally has created!
